Copyright holder requests

If you are the copyright holder or their authorized representative and believe that material on Mini-Serialy infringes your rights, write to provider.miniserialy@gmail.com. The subject of the letter is “Copyright / DMCA”.

What to include in your request

  1. The title of the work and information to identify the subject matter of your rights.
  2. Exact links to the disputed pages on Mini-Serialy; where needed, the episode number and a description of the disputed segment.
  3. Name of copyright holder or representative, postal address, telephone number and email for response.
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Physical or electronic signature.

DMCA notification requirements are described in the official U.S. Copyright Office guide. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Reviewing requests

We will review the information, request clarification if necessary, and consider restricting access to the specified material. Contact information is used to review the request and can be transferred to the affected party to the extent necessary. More details in privacy policy.

If access was restricted in error

Reply to the support email, identify the page and explain the legal basis for its use, such as a license or permission from the copyright holder. If the DMCA procedure applies, the counter-notice requirements are set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Access is considered taking into account the documents submitted and applicable legislation.
