Subscription and refund terms

Service provider and contact details

The site is available around the clock. Subscription and refund inquiries are accepted by email.

Subscription

• One subscription period costs 5 USDT for 30 days. Payment is made through a separate Crypto Pay invoice; there are no automatic charges or renewals.
• Access begins after confirmation of payment and is valid for 30 days. The next paid period extends the current access by 30 days.
• A subscription unlocks episodes available to the account and source. The catalog and availability of individual episodes may change. Viewing requires an internet connection and a supported browser.
• Before confirming payment, check the amount, asset and commissions in Crypto Pay. Do not share your password, private keys or seed phrase with anyone.

Cancellation and refunds

If paid access was not provided, we will refund the payment in full. Once access begins, you may cancel the service; only documented expenses actually incurred by the service provider are deducted from the refund. This is consistent with article 686 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Write to provider.miniserialy@gmail.com, providing your account email, Crypto Pay invoice number and the reason for your request. Do not send your password, private keys or seed phrase. We will respond within 10 calendar days and agree on the refund method.

Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan remain regardless of these conditions.
